It’ll be at the base of Vine Street with additional trees and water features. Community input is now being accepted for the carousel design, and one place you can see some of the history of Cincinnati parks and attraction is the <a href="http://programs.cincinnatilibrary.org/evanced/lib/eventsignup.asp?ID=51457&amp;rts=&amp;disptype=info&amp;ret=eventcalendar.asp&amp;pointer=&amp;returnToSearch=&amp;num=0&amp;ad=&amp;dt=mo&amp;mo=5/1/2013&amp;df=list&amp;EventType=Exhibits&amp;Lib=0&amp;AgeGroup=ALL&amp;LangType=0&amp;WindowMode=&amp;noheader=&amp;lad=&amp;pub=1&amp;nopub=&amp;page=1&amp;pgdisp=25"><strong>Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County</strong></a>’s downtown branch.
