Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel

Celebrated Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel has been a major influence in the Cincinnati dining scene since he came here in 1993 to be chef de cuisine at the Maisonette. Since then he has been the creative force behind several other popular restaurants, and today runs Jean-Robert’s Table and the French Crust Café. He joins us today in the studios.
