Cincinnati Edition moves to 1:00pm with Here & Now following at 2:00pm

As The Story concludes its successful run, WVXU has moved Cincinnati Edition to 1:00pm daily and added the news magazine Here & Now from 2:00-4:00pm Monday-Thursday. Here’s a rundown:

THE STORY: Host Dick Gordon decided it was time to return to his home in Canada, so The Story has come to an end.  Its final show aired on November 22nd.

CINCINNATI EDITION: Cincinnati Edition's move to 1:00 each weekday means we will add one more hour of local interviews and conversation each week. Join us each day, and participate in the discussion by emailing talk@wvxu.org, calling 513-419-7100 or following us on Facebook and Twitter.

HERE & NOW: This wide-ranging magazine program is a joint production of NPR and public radio station WBUR in Boston. It is hosted by Emmy and Peabody award winning Robin Young who brings more than 25 years of broadcast experience to her role. Co-host Jeremy Hobson worked at Marketplace for six years and was also a producer for NPR's All Things Considered and Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! in addition to experience as a reporter for several NPR member stations. Tune in to HERE & NOW from 2:00-4:00pm Monday-Thursday.

SCIENCE FRIDAY: No changes! Ira Flatow will still be joining you every Friday afternoon from 2:00-4:00pm.
