We look at the problem, and how local agencies plan to address it, with Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority General Counsel and Vice President, Community Revitalization Paula Boggs Muething, Director of the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Todd Kinskey, and Kathy Schwab, executive director of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation  (LISC) of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
