Oktoberfest road closures

Fifth Street closes Friday night at 6pm to make way for Oktoberfest Zinzinnati.

The swine of Cincinnati's Big Pig Gig get in the Oktoberfest spirit.

This year, the annual festival moves one block to the east-- from Vine to Sentinel. Vine St. will remain open throughout the weekend.

Street Closings

Closing at 6 p.m. Friday and reopening at 5 a.m. Monday:

• Fifth Street between Race and Sentinel streets
• Vine Street between Fourth and Sixth streets
• Walnut Street between Fourth and Sixth streets
• Main Street between Fourth and Sixth streets
• Sycamore Street between Fourth and Sixth streets
• Broadway between Fourth and Sixth streets

There will be no access from Fifth Street to northbound Interstate 71, eastbound Columbia Parkway or southbound I-471.
