Classic Cincinnati Architecture

Artists and authors David and Barbara Day join Brian O’Donnell to talk about their new book of drawings and stories about our ever-changing city. Vanishing Cincinnati seeks to preserve some of the classic architecture and geography of this area as was seen from the 1800’s on in a unique and artistic way. The book’s launch will take place on Sunday, December 2 at the Main Branch of the Public Library downtown.

Local Artist's Holiday Sale

Cincinnati’s Memorial Hall will be in the holiday spirit on December 2 when a gathering of some of the area’s finest artists display and sell their works during the annual Holiday Sale. One of the artists, Brenda Tarbell, sits down with Jane Durrell to talk about this annual event and some of the participating artists.

Dog Trainer/Handler John Preston Smith

John Preston Smith has been a dog trainer and handler for almost 50 years and has written two books: The Bog, a sort of fantasy dog tale; and 14,000 Dogs Later, about his long career. He’s with our Robyn Carey-Allgeyer to talk about his fascinating career and his writings.
