It’s the time of year when film writers everywhere offer up their “Ten Best” lists. Granted, you’ll not see movies of this quality in one sitting, or even over a couple of months. And, it’s entirely possible you may have missed some of these jewels simply because of time constraints, or maybe you never heard of them before.

You may be aware that Fort Mitchell, Kentucky is the home of the world’s only museum of ventriloquist dummies, called Vent Haven. Recently, nationally known celebrity portraitist Matthew Robinson did a photo shoot of many of the dolls for his new book, Talking Heads: The Vent Haven Portraits and his work is profiled in this month’s Cincinnati Magazine. Mark Perzel welcomes Linda Vaccariello from the magazine into the studio to talk about this unique project.
