Butterflies of Morocco flutter into Krohn Conservatory

Krohn Conservatory is now featuring "Butterflies of Morocco." The exhibit also highlights the art and culture of Morocco.

General Manager Ruthann Spears says more than a million people have visited the Cincinnati Parks Butterfly Show since it began in 1996. "We expect 90,000 people this year," says Spears. 

"Butterflies of Morocco" will be at Krohn Conservatory from April 20-June 30, 2013.

Frampton comes alive, at the ballet

Music great Peter Frampton is entering new territory – ballet! His music will be the focus of the next performances of the Cincinnati Ballet on April 26 and 27. In addition to some of his previously recorded music, he tells our Brian O’Donnell that he has written a brand new piece specifically for the ballet.

"Double Indemnity" on stage

"Double Indemnity"

Cincinnati’s Playhouse in the Park brings one of Hollywood’s classic Billy Wilder films to the stage. Double Indemnity is a story filled with intrigue, lust and murder and it begins its premiere fun in the Marx Theater on April 25. One of the challenges of this production is the complex set, so Rick Pender talks with the set designer, Paul Shortt, about successfully staging a play with so many set changes while maintaining the dramatic tension.
