Learn about a wellness and cooking series called A Taste of African Heritage from Oldways

Oldways Preservation Trust’s mission is to guide people to good health through heritage. To that end, they are rolling out a nationwide effort to try and encourage healthier lifestyles and better eating through an inspirational 6-week cultural cooking and wellness series called A Taste of African Heritage. The president of Oldways, Sara Baer-Sinnott, explains this effort to our Barbara Gray about what to expect in a heritage African diet and the resources her organization provides through their website and projects.
