  A Federal Judge in Cincinnati issued a temporary restraining order which will allow a Cincinnati gay couple who were married in Maryland to have their marriage recognized in Ohio. Maryanne Zeleznik talks with the couple’s attorney, Al Gehardstein, about  what the case could mean for other gay couples in the state.

Several council members withdraw from St. Patrick's Day Parade protesting exclusion of LGBT group

Several council members are refusing to march in the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade this weekend because a gay rights group was not allowed to participate.

Josh Wagoner with The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN) says the group was notified Thursday that it was prohibited from marching in the parade.

Chief Craig appoints LGBT liaison

The Cincinnati Police Chief is appointing the city's first ever liaison with the gay and lesbian community.


Equality Cincinnati Board President Matt Murray says it is extremely encouraging that Chief James Craig is appointing an officer as the police liaison for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
