Jeff Seibert, the grants officer for Cincinnati’s Mayerson Family Foundation, joins our Frank Johnson to talk about their Artistic Excellence Program which includes an artist-in-residence and a master class component, exposing students at the School for Creative and Performing Arts to some of today’s finest artists and performers. One of the highlights of this year’s Cincinnati Pride Week will be the Cincinnati Men’s Chorus concert entitled Loud and Proud, taking place June 22 and 23 at the School for Creative and Performing Arts downtown. Actor Rachel Leslie grew up in Golf Manor and attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts. She’s back in town, performing in the Playhouse in the Park production of A Trip to Bountiful.
